Overview

Define the technical vision, architecture standards, design patterns, and development best practices for the ServiceNow platform.
Lead architecture and technical governance for complex initiatives, ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, scalability, and maintainability standards.
Review and approve solution designs, integrations, and platform configurations to ensure consistency and long-term platform health.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and platform administrators; guide architectural decisions and resolve complex technical challenges.
Drive platform modernization initiatives, upgrades, releases, and continuous improvement efforts while proactively reducing technical debt.
Evaluate emerging ServiceNow capabilities and recommend adoption strategies that maximize business value and platform maturity.
Partner with business leaders and product teams to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions and support strategic roadmap development.
Promote reusable solutions, architectural consistency, and effective governance across ServiceNow products and integrations.
