Overview

  • Lead the preparation and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for both plant and regional management.
  • Prepare management reporting packs with clear variance analysis against budget and prior periods.
  • Ensure financial reporting complies with Group reporting standards and corporate requirements.
  • Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of financial records and accounting processes.
  • Establish and strengthen internal controls while ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate policies.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and drive timely resolution of audit findings.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks across the plant.
  • Oversee inventory accounting, including valuation, cycle counts, reconciliations, and excess & obsolete inventory provisions.
  • Ensure strong balance sheet governance and monitor working capital through robust reconciliation and review processes.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and performance tracking with actionable business insights.
  • Drive finance process improvements through system integration, standardization, automation, and enhanced reporting capabilities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the plant finance team while fostering a culture of accuracy, compliance, accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with a professional accounting qualification; Master's degree or additional certifications are advantageous.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including at least 3 years in a finance leadership role within a multinational manufacturing organization.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance hands-on execution and strategic financial leadership.
  • Experience in high-growth businesses, preferably within manufacturing; direct contracting experience is a plus.
  • High-energy, results-driven leader with strong accountability, ownership, urgency, and the ability to influence stakeholders and foster cross-functional collaboration.
