Overview

Implement HR activities and initiate projects within the plants in alignment with HR strategies
Ensure HR key processes, policies, and procedures are well communicated and adhered to
Coordinate and organize internal communication sessions to ensure organizational information is cascaded effectively and responded to in a timely manner
Coordinate with line managers to implement recruitment plans and training programs as scheduled
Follow up on the Personal Development Plan (PDP) process and Performance Management System (PMS) to ensure timelines are met
Calculate monthly payroll and ensure accuracy and compliance
Build and maintain networks with Trade Union representatives to ensure legal requirements and procedures are updated promptly
Coordinate staff activities to achieve expected outcomes and engagement
Participate in manufacturing-related activities, such as ACT NOW, GEMBA, Quality/SHE certifications, and other initiatives
Do other tasks assigned by Line Manager (if any)
