Overview

Scheme & program logic: design and maintain the program mechanics by store format and region.
Enrollment: manage registration and the potential-store enrollment; coordinate with RSM/ZSM/BDM to drive enrollment as target
Compliance & payout: run the results computation, reconcile photo scoring, and ensure accurate, on-time rewards.
POSM: plan demand by format/package, work with suppliers, and manage production and supply.
Deployment: manage rollout logistics to regions and the distributor, and track field execution.
Budget: build and control the program budget; track spend vs. plan and cost efficiency
Reporting & enablement: build performance reports to track by region and training materials.
