Overview
- Internal Communication (IC)
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies to strengthen employee engagement and align employees with the company's goals, values and culture.
- Create high-quality communication materials, including newsletters, memos, presentations, infographics and short-form videos, ensuring accuracy, creativity and timely delivery.
- Manage the company's social media platforms and drive employer branding initiatives by leveraging AI and digital tools to enhance communication effectiveness and productivity.
- Employee Engagement (EE)
- Lead the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, company events and onboarding programs to deliver a positive employee experience.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure engagement activities are well-coordinated, effectively communicated and continuously improved based on employee feedback.
- Administration & Others
- Manage Office facilities and related administrative activities.
- Support meeting arrangements, travel logistics, documentation and other assigned tasks.
