- Internal Communication
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies to strengthen employee engagement and align employees with the company's goals, values and culture.
- Create high-quality communication materials, including newsletters, memos, presentations, infographics and short-form videos, ensuring accuracy, creativity and timely delivery.
- Manage the company's social media platforms and drive employer branding initiatives by leveraging AI and digital tools to enhance communication effectiveness and productivity.
- Employee Engagement
- Lead the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, company events and onboarding programs to deliver a positive employee experience.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure engagement activities are well-coordinated, effectively communicated and continuously improved based on employee feedback.
- Talent Acquisition & HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding preparation.
- Update employee data and maintain personnel records accurately on HR systems.
- Support travel logistics, HR administration and other assigned tasks.
