Overview

Establish and maintain secondary control and provide accurate dimensional control for contractor works.
Support inspections and collate quality records to enable verification of construction activities.
Review design information against onsite works to build technical understanding and ensure alignment.
Maintain a detailed site diary to record daily activities and progress.
Build strong working relationships and provide guidance to junior team members.
Contribute to low‑carbon delivery by identifying and managing carbon impacts throughout project delivery.
