Overview
- Provides engineering leadership across MEP delivery, guiding site teams to achieve safe, high-quality project outcomes.
- Manages dimensional control, validating surveys and installations to ensure readiness for subsequent works.
- Reviews design information and collaborates with stakeholders to resolve technical queries and maintain programme certainty.
- Oversees trade contractors, ensuring compliance with inspection, testing and quality assurance requirements.
- Leads inspections, verification activities and continuous improvement initiatives to drive project excellence.
- Develops high-performing teams while supporting Mace’s commitment to net zero carbon through proactive carbon management and reduction.
- Cung cấp định hướng kỹ thuật trong triển khai hệ thống cơ điện (MEP), dẫn dắt đội ngũ tại công trường để đạt được kết quả dự án an toàn và chất lượng cao.
- Quản lý việc kiểm soát kích thước, xác nhận khảo sát và lắp đặt để đảm bảo sẵn sàng cho các công việc tiếp theo.
- Phân tích thông tin thiết kế, phối hợp với các bên liên quan để giải quyết các vấn đề kỹ thuật, duy trì tiến độ dự án.
- Giám sát nhà thầu phụ, đảm bảo tuân thủ các yêu cầu về kiểm tra, thử nghiệm và quản lý chất lượng.
- Thực hiện các hoạt động nghiệm thu, xác minh và sáng kiến cải tiến liên tục nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả dự án.
- Xây dựng đội ngũ hiệu suất cao, đồng thời hỗ trợ cam kết của Mace về mục tiêu phát thải ròng bằng 0 thông qua quản lý và giảm thiểu carbon chủ động.
