Overview

Plan, coordinate and control the assembly line production schedule to meet targets in terms of quantity, quality, cost, safety and time.
Supervise and lead teams of supervisors, line leaders and workers.
Monitor production output, adjust schedules and resources as needed to maintain efficiency.
Ensure that production processes comply with company and safety, quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to personnel, equipment and workflow.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, maintenance and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Implement lean manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement practices.
Track KPIs such as OEE, productivity, safety, downtime,…
Develop and train staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
Maintain accurate production records and report to management review.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations.
