HR System Development
Develop, standardize, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and management frameworks.
Drive HR process optimization and digital HR initiatives.
Ensure consistent implementation of HR standards across all branches.
HR Analytics & Reporting
Develop HR dashboards and management reports.
Analyze workforce data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Monitor HR performance indicators and recommend improvement actions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports for senior management.
Work Performance Appraisal
Design KPI concept & work evaluation method across branches.
Analyze branch performance against HR metrics.
Support performance review processes and organizational improvement initiatives.
HR Projects & Continuous Improvement
Lead or participate in HR transformation projects.
Coordinate cross-functional HR improvement initiatives.
