Overview

Conduct surveys of surrounding competitive projects, including drawings, parameters, images, and finishing materials.
Translate architectural design documents at each stage for master planning or submission purposes.
Coordinate with internal teams (development, marketing/sales, construction, legal, etc.).
Negotiate design issues with partner companies and arrange meetings as needed.
Support and prepare feasibility studies and design schemes for design reviews.
Supervise ongoing project design schedules and provide timely updates.
Prepare and submit weekly progress reports highlighting project status and issues.
Act proactively as the main coordinator for design-related matters.
Research and report on recent projects in Vietnam from a design perspective.
Perform other duties as assigned by the General Director and Design Director.
