Overview
- Handle general procurement activities to support production and product localization
- Responsibility
- Supplier portfolio management, supplier performance evaluation, supplier risk management, supplier base optimization, contract/agreement negotiation
- Cost reduction through cost analysis, negotiation, localization, centralization, cost module and other VA/VE projects, to achieve annual cost saving target
- Lead time reduction and other continuous improvement projects
- Supplier relationship management, organize supplier business review meeting
- Supplier audits, work together with SQE and other functions
- Work with PM, PE and R&D engineers to support new projects, to achieve project objectives like cost, delivery and quality etc.
- Other jobs assigned by management
