Overview

Searching and sourcing new vendors following company request
Develop new vendors, new items and enhance localization to meet requirement of Quality, Cost, Supply
Price management, price negotiation with suppliers to get the most competitive price
Supplier management, supplier improvement
Perform other task assigned by manager and have a strategy to achieve the goal in deadline
Local supplier’s parts delivery control, risk delivery management
Daily PSI monitoring, daily delivery, forecast
Analysis, control Mold/Machine/Assembly Supplier’s capacity
Mass production quality issue follow up as well as supplier’s quality improvement
Mass production 4M schedule control, items changing management
Monitoring and analyzing of stock delivery and local supplier box, cart and supplier improvement
