Overview

Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the plant, including production scheduling, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
Production Planning: Plan and schedule production to meet customer demand, while minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
CNC Machine Management: Ensure that CNC machines are properly maintained, calibrated, and operated to produce high-quality products.
Quality Control: Ensure the QA/QC activity has developed, Implemented, and is maintaining quality control processes to ensure that products meet customer specifications and industry standards.
Safety and Environmental: Ensure that the plant operates in a safe and environmentally responsible manner, complying with all relevant regulations and standards.
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of production staff, including CNC operators, supervisors, QA/QC manager, warehouse staff and maintenance personnel.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the plant’s products and services.
