Overview
- Legal Drafting: Drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including commercial contracts, transaction agreements, legal opinions, and internal corporate reports.
- Client Advisory: Providing comprehensive legal advice on investment, corporate, labor, and commercial matters to domestic and international clients.
- Licensing & Compliance: Handling procedures for all types of licenses, approvals, certificates, and investment registrations with government authorities.
- Dispute Resolution: Managing litigation cases, representing clients in meetings, hearings, and trials at Courts or Arbitration Centers.
- Liaison: Working directly with government agencies, clients, and relevant third parties to ensure smooth project execution.
- Leadership & Training: Supervising, guiding, and training Legal Consultants, Paralegals, and Interns to maintain high-quality work standards.
