Overview

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies that directly support business development priorities, revenue growth, and market penetration for KPMG in Vietnam.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders, and service lines to support go-to-market initiatives, priority accounts, and sector focused growth strategies.
  • Lead the development of client-facing marketing materials and thought leadership, including proposals, brochures, website content, social media, and KPMG’s channels.
  • Drive lead generation and pipeline support through digital marketing campaigns, events, and integrated communications activities.
  • Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistent application of KPMG brand standards across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Plan and manage external client events and business development initiatives, including seminars, conferences, industry forums, and executive roundtables, in close collaboration with business teams.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing and communications budget, ensuring cost efficiency, transparency, and measurable return on investment.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, including campaign effectiveness, lead generation, engagement, and contribution to business development outcomes.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Marketing & Communications team, ensuring strong execution, clear prioritization, and alignment with firm-wide business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global marketing teams to leverage best practices, shared campaigns, and firm-wide initiatives.
