Overview
- School reception and telephone duties. (Lễ tân và tiếp nhận cuộc gọi)
- Support student enrolment, transfers, withdrawals, records, and attendance. (Hỗ trợ học sinh nhập học, chuyển trường, thôi học, hồ sơ, chuyên cần)
- Issue invoices, collect school fees, follow up on outstanding payments, and handle refunds. (In hóa đơn, thu học phí và theo dõi hoàn học phí)
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including ordering stationery, book packs, and other school supplies. (Hỗ trợ các công việc lễ tân, hành chính, văn thư, vận hành chung của trường như đặt mua văn phòng phẩm, sách...)
- Manage student services, including but not limited to bus, catering, insurance, and other related services. (Hỗ trợ dịch vụ dành cho học sinh: xe đưa đón, suất ăn trưa, bảo hiểm học sinh...)
- Manage daily student attendance through the SMS system and hard-copy records. (Theo dõi chuyên cần của học sinh)
- Manage inventory, including book packs, uniforms, stationery, bills, and staff records. (Quản lý hàng tồn kho: sách, đồng phục, văn phòng phẩm, chứng từ...)
- Support monthly staff attendance and other HR-related requirements. (Hỗ trợ chấm công hàng tháng của nhân viên trường)
- Arrange transportation for mail delivery and school activities. (Sắp xếp xe vận chuyển thư từ, tài liệu và hoạt động của trường)
- Coordinate bus services, schedules, bookings, and communication with parents and bus vendors. (Điều phối xe đưa đón, bao gồm: lịch trình, đặt xe và trao đổi thông tin với phụ huynh và các đơn vị cung cấp dịch vụ xe)
