Overview

Receive booking from customers
Make Booking in the system/email to Airlines and send booking to customers.
Receive documents from customers, send document to other teams (Noi Bai/ Bac Ninh/Thai Nguyen) for further process at the airport.
Import the information of booking to the airline system (OZ, KE, VN...) and send final document to customer before cargo delivered from HAN.
Process tracing and updating for customers all cargo delivered from HAN and follow until cargo ATA at DES
Import system for the Debit note/Credit note for agent /shipper according to contract rate.
Make weekly/ monthly report for delivered export cargo.
