Overview

Assist in reviewing, designing and developing equitable and market competitive total rewards programs with the KLN's business & pay philosophy.
Harmonize all HR policies & procedures to ensure consistency, appropriateness and aligns and consistent for all business units.
Assist salary proposals for new hires, internal transfers, international assignees, market adjustments and promotion exercise, staff cost model for bidding new project, etc based on company’s pay structure.
Assist the annual reforecast & budget, staff cost control, salary increment and bonus payout cycle effectively and within established budgets.
Conduct Job Evaluation/Job Slotting exercise/ Salary survey / Benchmarking, … using Mercer’s methodology.
Monitor the HR Operations to ensures the organization complies with all relevant regulations and law.
Data reporting & analysis.
Other HR project and ad-hoc activities required by line manager.
