Overview

Overall Management of Go Direct Accounting System:
Direct, supervise, and control all accounting activities across all sub-units (CHG, HOG, SSH, SHS, SHBP, FBP, PSH, BD3...) in both North and South regions..
Approve internal accounting guidelines and workflows tailored for the Go Direct division.
Control Management Reports & Costing:
Review and evaluate periodic reports (FRP, KPI, production reports, inventory reports...) submitted by subordinates before sending them to Head Office (HO).
Validate production costing methodologies to ensure they reflect actual production status.
Statutory, Tax, and Audit Risk Management:
Direct the preparation for and lead direct workings/explanations with External Auditors, Internal Auditors, and Tax Authorities (If request).
Keep updated with accounting rules and tax laws to adjust internal operations dynamically.
Strategic Advisory for Executive Management:
Aggregate data, analyze trends of cost and revenue, and provide early financial warnings to the Chief Accountant and BOM/BOD.
Participate in constructing the annual financial budget for the Go Direct division.
Team Development & Other Tasks:
Evaluate performance, structure, and train the talent pipeline (Assistant Managers, Supervisors).
Execute other tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant and FCB.
