Overview

Make weekly, monthly, and yearly sales plans to complete according to the approved plan. Develop processes and policies for customers and department staff
Monitor the implementation of the sales plan.
Make a plan to develop the market area.
Plan additional personnel for the department
Check and monitor processes:
Supervise and manage customers and employees effectively
Manage the system according to instructions and procedures.
Monitor the completion of KPI indicators
Train junior staff.
Solve unusual tasks
Implement specific requests related to system development from superiors.
Develop strategies, processes, KPIs for departments, policy mechanisms for customers and department employees
Manage and supervise the sales process of the whole system.
Arrange and assign work to each manager to maximize efficiency in sales.
