Overview

The Planner will utilize Chinese proficiency to develop accurate production schedules, manage manufacturing demands, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure seamless and efficient operational output.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING. OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED
Develop and maintain production plans based on business requirements on an ad hoc basis.
Monitor raw material availability and supplier delivery schedules, and adjust production plans accordingly.
Maintain and update MPC/PP-related data.
Calculate machine and manpower capacity loading.
Track production plan execution and shipment performance.
Analyze and report work order closure yield and production efficiency on the manufacturing lines.
Support the supervisor in achieving departmental KPIs and handling other assigned tasks.
Coordinate planning-related activities for WCM Sales & Operations Meetings (S&OP) and Material Planning weekly meetings.
Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor and handle related exceptions and issues in a timely manner.
