Overview

Kiểm tra máy móc, thiết bị phụ trợ và các cơ sở xung quanh hàng ngày
Chịu trách nhiệm lắp/dỡ khuôn, nạp nguyên liệu và kiểm tra sản phẩm mẫu khi khởi động máy
Xử lý các sai sót chất lượng thông thường của sản phẩm hoàn thiện
Quản lý dây chuyền máy, mạch nước và thực hiện 5S trong khu vực làm việc
Bảo dưỡng khuôn hàng ngày
Tuần tra và giám sát chất lượng sản phẩm trong khu vực
Báo cáo các bất thường
Conduct daily inspection of the machine, auxiliary equipment and surrounding facilities
Responsible for mold loading/unloading, material feeding, and first article inspection during machine startup
Handle general quality abnormalities of finished products
Manage the machine lines, water circuits, and implement 5S in the work area
Perform daily maintenance of molds
Patrol and monitor the product quality in the area
Report abnormalities

负责挂模卸模烘料加料，开机首件
一般成品品质异常处理
负责本区域的机台线路，水路及现场5S整理
负责模具每日保养
