Xây dựng và quản lý chiến lược QA, dẫn dắt nhóm QA qua các chu kỳ phát hành; giám sát kiểm thử chức năng, tích hợp, hồi quy và theo dõi lỗi qua Jira/Linear; chuẩn bị chuyển sang vai trò Support/Operations sau khi vận hành.
Requirements
Có 1+ năm kinh nghiệm QA Lead/QA Manager cho hệ thống phức tạp; am hiểu kiểm thử tích hợp API (REST, gRPC, WebSockets) và giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt.
