Overview
- Provide first- and second-level support to internal users on Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues in a timely manner
- Manage and prioritize user requests through a ticketing system
- Ensure clear communication and follow-up with stakeholders
- Ensure harmonization of Business Central configurations across multiple
- Define and promote best practices and standard processes
- Support governance of master data and system usage
- Act as a key contributor to system optimization initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and reporting
- Propose and document enhancements aligned with business needs
- Collaborate with IT and external partners when required
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in user support or functional consulting
- Good understanding of accounting and finance processes
- Knowledge of accounting and invoicing modules in Business Central would be a
- Experience in multi-entity/international environments
- Familiarity with process standardization and change management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Proactive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset
- Team player capable of working across functions and locations
