Overview
- Communicate directly with Japanese stakeholders to clarify, analyze, and define project requirements and functional specifications.
- Translate business requirements and technical documents between Japanese and local development teams accurately.
- Participate in system design, architecture planning, and core code reviews using .NET and C# technologies.
- Oversee development progress, manage technical risks, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain strict quality standards throughout the SDLC.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, Q&A sessions, and status reporting with client management.
- Support project estimation, technical feasibility studies, and team coordination.
- Your Skills and Experience
- Must Have:
- Solid track record serving as a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) or Technical Lead in software development projects.
- 3 years of experience as a BrSE or equivalent position in a Japanese outsourcing project.
- Strong technical background in .NET / C# stack (ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Entity Framework, SQL Server).
- Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or N1, with fluent spoken and written communication for technical discussions.
- Hands-on experience creating software design documentation (Basic Design, Detailed Design, System Flowcharts).
- Exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and strong cross-cultural communication abilities.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Agile/Scrum development experience or formal project management certification.
