Overview
- Lead and develop Retail & Project sales for premium paint and finishing brands to achieve
- revenue, gross margin and growth targets.
- Develop and execute sales plans, pipelines, forecasts and key business development initiatives.
- Manage, coach and develop the sales team; set and monitor individual and team KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Homeowners, Architects/Interior Designers
- Developers, Contractors, Interior Companies, Distributors/Dealers and professional applicators.
- Drive sales opportunities from lead generation/specification and quotation through negotiation
- closing and payment collection.
- Develop repeat business, customer loyalty and a strong network of professional applicators and
- business partners.
- Ensure effective retail/showroom operations and a premium customer experience aligned with
- brand standards.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Technical, Supply Chain and Finance on product launches, customer
- activities, technical support and sales execution; monitor market trends and competitors to
- identify growth opportunities.
