Overview

  • Foundry Program Focus
  • Lead day-to-day execution of Foundry service programs, ensuring effective governance, operational discipline, and performance management.
  • Own service metrics, data quality, dashboards, and business-value reporting for operational and executive reviews.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Automation, and Business Operations teams to ensure accurate service tracking, value realization, and business alignment.
  • Support service monetization, cost modeling, and business process governance to enable scalable Foundry operations.
  • Drive continuous improvements that enhance service visibility, customer responsiveness, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop executive updates, scorecards, benchmarking analyses, and program reviews to support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain service playbooks, operating procedures, and training materials to ensure consistent execution and long-term program sustainability.
  • ATM Integration Focus
  • Lead New Product Introduction/Integration, factory startup, and process transfer activities across development and manufacturing organizations.
  • Own NPI execution, roadmap, milestones, and readiness reviews from initial launch through HVM.
  • Serve as the SPOC for assigned programs, driving stakeholder alignment, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Partner with Product Design, PDT, ATTD, Manufacturing, Automation, and Quality teams to ensure product, process, and manufacturing readiness.
  • Lead technical reviews and data-driven problem solving to resolve product and process challenges.
  • Ensure ES, QS, PRQ, PROD, certification, quality, performance, and customer requirements are achieved.
  • Drive continuous improvement of NPI systems, processes, and operational excellence through post-launch learning and optimization.
