Overview
- Plant Manager/ MD Manager
- Assure continous improvement of the production area, machines, MD workshop and related procedures
- Đảm bảo cải tiến liên tục khu vực sản xuất, máy móc, xưởng MD và các thủ tục liên quan
- Make monthly maintenance plan of all machines in the factory with MDM.
- Lập kế hoạch bảo trì hàng tháng cho tất cả các máy móc trong nhà máy với Trưởng phòng MD
- Keep the factory facility in good condition, be checked every month
- Giữ cho nhà máy trong tình trạng tốt, được kiểm tra hàng tháng
- Responsible to maintenance of all machines in way which will have no influence on production process during working hours.
- Chịu trách nhiệm bảo trì tất cả các máy móc sao cho không ảnh hưởng đến quá trình sản xuất trong giờ làm việc.
- Collecting quotation spare part and equipment for production, Order materials for repairing or changing facilities if broken and machines needs and improvements activities.
- Tập hợp báo giá phụ tùng, thiết bị phục vụ sản xuất, đặt mua nguyên vật liệu để sửa chữa hoặc thay đổi phương tiện nếu hỏng hóc và các hoạt động cần cải tiến, sửa chữa của máy móc.
- Responsible to train subordinates and related departments about usage, adjust and simple maintenance of machines.
- Chịu trách nhiệm đào tạo cấp dưới và các bộ phận liên quan về cách sử dụng, điều chỉnh và bảo dưỡng máy đơn giản
- Execute Improvement Projects together with members of department.
- Thực hiện các dự án cải tiến cùng với các thành viên của bộ phận.
- Report all problems relating to quality of the machines
- Báo cáo tất cả các vấn đề liên quan đến chất lượngcủa máy móc
- Make SOP, 3S, 5W; Admin for MD team
- Tạo SOP, 3S, 5W; Quản trị viên cho nhóm MD
