Overview

Have knowledge of Vietnam and Indochina Regions, respond promptly and warmly to inbound travel inquiries from international travel agencies, understanding client needs and preferences.
Negotiate with hotels, transport providers, and local partners to secure the best rates and experiences for clients.
Prepare detailed proposals, itineraries, and quotations that inspire confidence and excitement following agents requesting.
Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients, travel agents, and overseas partners to encourage loyalty and referrals.
Ensure smooth coordination with the operations team to deliver seamless travel experiences from arrival to departure.
Analyze the conversation rate of each agent every month and do the proper follow-up on every request sent to clients
Implement the sales & Marketing program following company strategies.
