Overview

Receive booking from sale and proceed booking and reconfirm all services: Hotel, transfer, tour guide, restaurant, price, flight, name & room list, diet, other services related to sale confirmation to clients
Proceed & complete with the detailed cost in the files for tour guide and finance department.
Monitor the tour and support clients throughout the trip
Hand over all documents from tour guide to account department after the tour completed
Establish, negotiate, and maintain contracts with local suppliers to ensure reliable partnerships. Find & promote new suppliers in each region.
Continuously update and improve products and services to align with market trends and customer expectations.
Coordinate and remotely monitor all on-site services to ensure smooth service deliver to customers and among company departments.
Well communication with customers, tour guide, driver and suppliers on the trip to solve any issue happening during the trip.
Perform other tasks from manager.
