  • 1. Daily System Monitoring & Infrastructure Maintenance
  • Perform daily infrastructure health checks, monitor system logs, and respond proactively to infrastructure alerts to ensure high availability.
  • Install, configure, and maintain local servers, network edges, and endpoints within the core Windows environment.
  • Manage the entire asset lifecycle of hardware and software, from procurement, provisioning, regular patching, through to data-sanitized decommissioning.
  • 2. Help Desk Support
  • Deliver technical support to end-users, with a specific focus on high-priority service requests from VIPs and executive leadership teams.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, OS, client software, peripheral connectivity, and mobile device management (MDM) issues efficiently.
  • Demonstrate operational flexibility with the capability and availability to provide critical standby support during off-hours or weekends as business requirements.
  • 3. M365 Ecosystem & Digital Workplace Automation
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 core cloud services, identity management, enterprise applications, and modern workplace configurations.
  • Design, build, and deploy practical business tools using Low-Code/No-Code frameworks, specifically leveraging Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Identify manual business processes and engineer workflows to streamline internal department operations.
