Overview
- Welcome guests/clients upon arrival and provide a professional, hospitable first impression.
- Prepare and serve drinks (tea, coffee, refreshments, mocktails) for guests during visits.
- Manage guest schedules and itineraries during property visits, including coordinating timings and smooth transitions between mock-up villas daily and on occasional events
- Arrange and book car transportation, airport transfers, and other logistics as required.
- Organize property tours: professionally introduce villas, highlight features, specifications, and selling points.
- Oversee the overall upkeep and presentation of the villas (furniture, decor, amenities, cleanliness).
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and minor complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all properties are always "show-ready" for visits.
- Maintain inventory of beverages, refreshments, and guest amenities.
- Keep track of MUV operation expenses including inventory of beverages, refreshments, and guest amenities.
- Keep track of contracts & administration expenses such as mailing, printing, sales team travel expenses and project related costs
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare basic visit reports and guest feedback summaries.
