Overview

Collaborate with the sales team to qualify opportunities and understand client requirements
Design solution architectures and tailor demos, presentations, and proposals to address specific customer needs
Conduct discovery workshops and technical deep-dives with IT and business stakeholders
Build and deliver compelling value propositions for ITSM, ITOM, DevSecOps, and automation platforms
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security/compliance checklists
Provide input to the product roadmap and market feedback to the regional team
Support proof-of-concepts (POCs), pilot implementations, and product evaluations
Participate in the full software implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, deployment, testing, and go-live.
Configure system integrations, APIs, and third-party services.
Monitor system performance, perform root cause analysis, and provide technical solutions.
Write and maintain technical documentation, including implementation plans and operational procedures.
Ensure security, compliance, and best practices are followed during software rollout.
Serve as a technical point of contact during client onboarding and implementation phases.
