Overview
- Consult legal issues procedures (AND; LURC and construction permit)
- Conduct to issue Land Use Rights Certificate - LURC and related works
- Working with government and infrastructure developper (IDICO)
- Support investment projects and legal procedures with authorities
- Coordinate with team member and other Department in company on other works
- University / Master graduated in major (Law, Land Management) or related major
- Age: 25-40
- At least 3 years on Legal field ( Land Use Rights Certificate
- English communication

- Business hours: 8 A.M to 5 P.M from Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
- Competitive salary; Annual Increments, Promotion evaluations depends on A/B/C evaluation results
- Tet bonus/ Productivity bonus: 150% monthly salary; KPI bonus: A/B/C as company’s policy
- Language allowances for TOEIC, TOPIK, HSK, JLPT in the range of 500,000 VND – 4,500,000 VND; Total allowances up to 18,000,000 VND/ month (Free test-taking fees)
- Saving account: 15,800,000 VND + bank interest rate (every 3 years)
- Monthly phone: 200,000 VND – 800,000VND/ per month pursuant to position or job requirements
- Overtime: 150%, 200%, 300% as Labor Laws
- Health Insurance and Social Security fully covered
- Bonuses and gifts on Tet, holidays & birthday, Labor union’s vacations, Wedding & Funeral allowances, Sport events
