Operations
Process and manage orders using Lingxing (ERP system)
Manage inventory movements across warehouses and fulfillment channels
Maintain accurate inventory data and ensure timely updates
Update and maintain shipping templates and delivery settings
Maintain accurate records of order and shipment data
Customer Service (CS)
Handle customer inquiries for Amazon, Walmart, and Wayfair via email and live chat
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner using tools such as eDesk and Amazon Connect
Resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, and refunds in accordance with platform policies.
