Overview
- Business Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from clients
- Lead or actively contribute to the creation of analysis documents, including: • BRD / URD
- Use Cases
- User Stories
- Business Process Flows
- Analyze current business processes and propose optimized, system-based solutions
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for the development team
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented
- Solution Implementation
- Gain in-depth understanding of HQSOFT’s products (DMS, Retail Systems, etc.)
- Configure systems and manage initial data setup for clients
- Conduct user training sessions and prepare user manuals/documentation
- Support and coordinate with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet agreed requirements
- Project Support
- Participate in and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients and QC teams
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and report to the Project Manager/Team Lead
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot client issues
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Development, QC, and Project Management
- Your Skills and Experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Software Implementation, or IT Consulting
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and documentation
- Good command of English (especially in writing documentation and communication)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SQL or data querying tools is a plus
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure
