Overview

PRODUCTION
Organize and leading production line (workforce, material, equipment) to meet daily production plan.
Ensure effective production operation.
Manage team leaders, workers in shift
Solve daily conflict base on company work rules
Follow up closely planning schedule to achieve target requests
Seek the possibility of production yield improvement and process optimization
Follow the section's KPI to run efficiency process with safety, low cost, high quality ...
Support & report to Production Dept. Manager such as: production quantity, productivity, machine operation efficiency and working situation of workers.
SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT
Responsible for safe operations in the production area with support of safety team.
Ensure good housekeeping production area according to company policies and 5S program
WORKING RELATIONS
Report directly to the Production Dept. Manager
Communicate with other Teams, Supervisors in the process or other processes for adjustment and co-operation.
Work cooperatively with other section Supervisors in order to ensure a smooth sample producing flow.
