Overview

Vendor sourcing, analyze quotation, negotiate price + lead time with vendors
Review inventories and order spare-parts, consumption, tools as required.
Manage purchase orders within on D365/portal web system in a timely manner.
Review delivery against the orders and control delivery.
Do customs clearance for shipment.
Cooperate with related department and vendors to solve quality problem (if purchased items face quality problem)
Make payment request, Update data for purchasing control report, Supplier evaluation.
