Overview

Analyze current workflows across training operations, reporting, planning, and logistics
Identify inefficiencies and propose automation solutions
Design and implement automation using tools (Power Automate, scripts, AI tools…)
Develop and deploy AI solutions such as: AI learning assistant, AI-powered knowledge search (SharePoint KB), AI-assisted content creation
Ensure AI is adopted in real business usage, not only pilot
Conduct pilot testing (A/B testing, real-use scenarios)
Measure impact: productivity, quality, adoption
Optimize and scale successful solutions
Integrate systems: Learning platform (Docebo), Knowledge base (SharePoint), Reporting & dashboards
Automate data flow across systems
Automate reporting dashboards and KPI tracking
Ensure data is available for decision-making without manual processing
Support innovation initiatives (proposal, business case, MVP)
Collaborate with IT, Data, HR, Finance and Sales teams
