Overview

To confer with vendors to obtain products or service information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule.
To estimate values according to knowledge of market price.
Challenge internal client and combine all demand to maximize volume and achieve best proposal from supplier
Challenge supplier for updated market and solution to bring benefit and optimize cost for company
Handle from sourcing to contracting with suppliers to achieve the targeted saving
To prepare RFX for bidding requests.
Maintain the relationship with internal and external clients
To review bidding proposals and negotiates contracts within budgetary limitations and scope of authority.
To discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services with inspection or quality control personnel, users, vendors, and others to determine source of trouble and take corrective action.
To implement other assigned task
