Overview

  • Partner API Product Roadmap: Own the roadmap for partner API products used by existing partners, balancing bug fixes, new partner requirements, enhancements, regulatory changes, technical improvements, and operational needs. Prioritize initiatives based on partner impact, customer impact, business value, compliance, risk, and delivery capacity.
  • Bug Fixes and Production Support: Manage product-side triage of API defects, integration incidents, partner-reported issues, and operational pain points. Work with IT and support teams to clarify root causes, define expected API behavior, agree on priority, validate fixes, and communicate status clearly to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • New Partner Requirements and Enhancements: Work with existing partners who are already using Home Credit APIs to understand new requirements and enhancement requests. Clarify partner needs, assess business and technical feasibility, and translate agreed changes into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, API behavior expectations, process flows, and release scope for partner integration…
  • Agile Delivery and Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the backlog for partner API integrations, ensuring bugs, change requests, enhancements, and technical improvements are clearly documented and ready for delivery. Work closely with IT, architecture, QA, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and business teams through refinement, sprint planning, testing, release, and post-release review.
  • Partner and Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with existing partners, Digital Platform, IT Development, Sales Networks, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and other internal teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, communicate delivery status, and support smooth implementation of API changes.
  • Testing, Release Validation, and Partner Readiness: Support end-to-end testing, partner UAT, API regression testing, release readiness, go-live coordination, and post-release monitoring. Ensure API changes, fixes, and enhancements are properly validated, documented, and communicated before and after deployment.
  • API Performance, Reliability, and Partner Experience: Monitor API performance, error rates, incident trends, partner feedback, and operational data. Use insights to identify recurring issues, improve integration reliability, reduce friction for existing partners, and ensure partner-facing API journeys remain stable and scalable.
