Overview

As a Fashion Designer Leader, you will be responsible for:
Collection Development & Design Direction
Lead the end-to-end design process for new collections, ensuring alignment with brand DNA and customer needs.
Translate trends and consumer insights into wearable, commercial, and brand-right designs.
Build clear collection direction including silhouettes, materials, color palettes, and styling approach.
Creative Concept & Campaign Support
Create Moodboards, Inspirations, and Style Proposals based on collection direction.
Contribute ideas for shooting concepts, key visuals, and graphic directions for key campaigns.
Work closely with creative/marketing teams to ensure consistency across product and storytelling.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with internal teams (Merchandising, Production, and other stakeholders) to ensure designs are feasible and executed effectively.
Coordinate closely with pattern makers, sample makers, and manufacturers to support smooth development and sampling.
Trend Research & Market Intelligence
Conduct regular market research
Identify emerging opportunities for innovation and newness in product categories.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop the design team with clear guidance and constructive feedback.
Ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment across all design outputs.

We’re looking for someone who is:
Must-have
Strong passion for fashion and a conscious, sustainable lifestyle mindset.
Solid experience in fashion design with strong understanding of:
Trend direction
Fabrics & materials
Garment construction & product development
Excellent creative and artistic ability to build strong collection concepts and execute them.
Strong technical skills in:
Detailed sketches & renderings
CAD software
CLO3D (or similar 3D design tools)
Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and suppliers.
Nice-to-have
Experience leading or mentoring a design team.
Strong commercial sense (design + business mindset)
Experience working with fast-paced seasonal timelines.
