- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên
- Tối thiểu 2 - 5 năm kinh nghiệm
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong các lĩnh vực: Retail/ Jewelry / Luxury / Fashion/ FMCG hoặc Consumer Goods
- Biết xây dựng Pricing Framework và Price Architecture.
- Thiết kế price ladder và price corridor.
- Có khả năng phân tích dữ liệu, tổng hợp insight, xây dựng báo cáo chiến lược
- Thành thạo Excel nâng cao.
- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng Power BI, Tableau, SAP hoặc ERP.
- Có khả năng xây dựng Dashboard và hệ thống theo dõi KPI.
- Tư duy logic, phản biện và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
- Khả năng phối hợp hiệu quả với nhiều phòng ban.
