Overview

Planogram (POG) management to enhance customer experience and deliver a competitive, profitable, and compelling merchandise offering to customers in stores.
Deliver display instructions to stores in accordance with category strategies and supplier partnership agreements.
Use Spaceman to create standard POGs based on category strategy, customer decision trees, store formats, and promotion campaigns.
Manage product assortment and coordinate with Buyers and Supply Chain teams to ensure stock availability during POG execution at stores.
Coordinate with the OMS system to transfer POGs to stores and ensure timely implementation according to required timelines.
Manage category space allocation percentages in detail, analyze layouts, and organize categories consistently across stores.
Ensure category development through effective product displays aligned with market trends.
Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards.
Align individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
Strive to achieve the Company’s Vision and demonstrate the Company’s Core Values.

Bachelor’s Degree.
Major in Business, Commercial, Economics, or related fields.
Good English communication skills including writing, reading, speaking, and listening.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Spaceman software.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position within supermarkets, CVS, or beauty store chains.
Strong knowledge of merchandising and supply chain relationships.
Quick learner with willingness to take on challenges.
Strong analytical, planning, negotiation, problem-solving, management, and customer satisfaction skills.
Teamwork mindset with high responsibility and commitment.
Ability to lead and manage teams to achieve expected results.
