Overview

Category Campaign Co-Marketing (Co-MKT) Execution: 80%
Create and develop promotional content/articles/formats to highlight products under the medicine portfolio.
Implement marketing campaigns according to agreed packages between brands and Pharmacity.
Coordinate with Internal stakeholders: Medical, Digital, CRM, Production and Store Operations, etc.. teams to ensure campaign alignment for all criteria such as briefing sheet; brand guidelines; medical compliance requirements and timely execution.
Manage KOL/KOC seeding activities and social amplification programs.
Implement tasks in full compliance of company procedures, covering the end-to-end process (from planning budget approval, purchase order creation, sign contract).
Consolidate campaign results and prepare performance reports for co-MKT activities.
Internal Campaign Execution: 20%
Create and develop promotional content/articles to highlight products under the medicine portfolio.
Support to build and implement internal marketing campaigns.
Others: 10%
Other tasks assigned by line manager

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related fields.
At least 2-3 year of experience with brand/content marketing, or communications at the same position.
Good working attitude and positive thinking, proactive and “can-do” attitude.
Strong written communication skills – MUST.
Attention to Detail, Self-Motivated.
Creative, problem-solving skills, fast-speed person.
Flexible and able to maintain a heavy workload and juggle simultaneous deadlines – MUST.
