Overview
- Be responsible for developing high-quality backend code that meets scalability and performance requirements.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs to support mobile/web/frontend applications.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, optimize backend performance (e.g., caching, connection pooling, SQL tuning...).
- Collaborate closely with frontend, QA, DevOps, and BA to ensure product quality and delivery timelines.
- Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Suggest and implement technical improvements to enhance performance, security, and system reliability.
- Engage in the full software development lifecycle: requirement analysis – development – testing – deployment – maintenance.
Requirements

- Strong fundamentals in .NET Framework, C#/C++, SQL, and REST/HTTP APIs
- Experience with Winform Programming, React, and NodeJS is a plus.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Backend Developer or similar role.
- Experience working with high-traffic systems or complex business operations is preferred.
- Experience with architectures like microservices, authentication (JWT, OAuth2), caching (Redis), and messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, logging, and monitoring tools is a plus

- Effective communication skills, team collaboration, and accountability
- Other characteristics:
- Ability to analyze issues, identify root cause, and develop solutions based on business requirements
