Overview

Support dealers in daily parts operations.
Monitor dealers’ KPIs and follow up on improvement actions.
Improve dealers’ parts operations in line with HMV standards, including 5S and warehouse management.
Support dealers in increasing parts sales and implementing service promotions.
Collect and analyze market and competitor information for business decisions.
Propose ideas and actions to increase parts sales.
Visit customers with dealer staff and provide training for dealer staff.
Other tasks as required by Managers.
