Overview

Provide top-level technical leadership and governance across assigned properties and projects
Lead commissioning, handover, and engineering setup for new developments (residential, office, retail, hospitality)
Ensure all MEP systems operate safely, efficiently, and continuously across multiple sites
Oversee preventive maintenance (PPM), technical audits, and emergency response for critical systems
Manage budgets (OPEX/CAPEX), energy optimization, and technical vendor performance
Lead, train, and develop engineering teams, including succession planning and performance management
Participate in design reviews and provide technical consulting to optimize project efficiency and cost
