Overview
- Brewery Services Management
- Oversee cleaning, gardening, pest control, waste management, etc.
- Manage related contracts (inspections, consultancy, land rental, waste, water supply, etc.).
- Monitor transportation and accommodation (Grab, taxi, shuttle bus, visa arrangements)
- Monitor daily canteen services and toxic allowances for staff.
- Oversee the distribution and maintenance of staff uniforms.
- Manage facilities and logistics for training courses and workshops.
- Organize Company events: Team building, Town hall, YEP, Sport event, etc. and Brewery events: Happy hours/ VIP visitors, Authority visit; green office program.
- Conduct brewery tours with Corporate Affairs.
- Support to control budget for the Brewery Services.
- Manage the use of the official stamp for signatures.
