Overview

Lead the Product Development team in developing new footwear products from concept through commercialization.
Review customer Tech Packs and coordinate product development activities to meet quality, cost, timeline, and manufacturability requirements.
Guide the team in material selection, prototype development, sample validation, and product testing.
Review technical documents including BOM, CAD, technical drawings, and product specifications.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, tooling, sample room, and cross-functional teams throughout the development process.
Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure on-time sample delivery.
Support customer meetings, implement product revisions based on feedback, and approve development samples before submission.
Drive continuous improvement of development processes and maintain accurate project documentation.
Gender: Male/Female; Age: 28-35 years old
Graduate from College
Have 2 years of experience in footwear product development, with good understanding of the footwear development process.
Good at English
